The longest snow track is 2.5 kilometers long and the average snow thickness is 1 to 2 meters. It is equipped with gentle slopes suitable for beginners, challenging Master Black slides, three terrain parks and the ultimate cross-country slides. It is suitable for ski lovers of all levels.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 7 are not recommended to participate in this trip. If you bring a child under the age of 7, please assess the child's condition and ensure the child's safety during the trip.
This trip is picked up and sent by a driver. It will only give a brief introduction to passengers and will not get off to accompany or guide them. Please know before booking.
Passengers at different pick-up locations might not get on the same bus due to overcrowding during the snow season. If you want to get on the same bus with your friends or family, please choose the same location when booking.
The ski resort provides rental of supplies, but ski gloves and goggles are not available for rental due to their close fitting. Please bring your own.
The order will be established immediately after the payment is made. We understand that the travel plan may be changed or unpredictable reasons may occur. We charge a service fee of $30/person, and other necessary expenses (such as hotels, snow mountain lifts, ski lessons, ski equipment, etc.) will be charged in accordance with the official regulations and policies of the supplier.
One-time free rescheduling is accepted for the Mt Buller Sightseeing day tour.
Ski beginners/ ski advanced one day tour, no change of date is accepted after booking.
Snow Mountain 2 or 3 days tour, if you want to reschedule after the reservation, it depends on the hotel regulations and room conditions. If it exceeds the original arrangement, the agency has the right to ask the passenger to pay the difference.
Each room type has a limit on the number of occupants. If it exceeds the original arrangement, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check in or ask the guest to pay the difference. The agency reserves the right not to bear any additional expenses caused by your personal behavior.
If the charter service is cancelled more than 30 days after the reservation, a service fee of $30/day will be charged.
Cancellation within 30 days can reserve the quota for the next travel product.
No Show will not be refunded.

The accommodation hotel for this multi-day tour is a 4-star hotel in Mansfield, a small town about 50 minutes' drive from Mt Buller. If you need to designate a hotel or change it to accommodation on Mt Buller Snow Mountain, you will be quoted separately. Please contact the sales specialist for the actual price.
Before departure or during the tour, in the event of bad weather, no snow, unopened ski resorts, suspension of cable cars, suspension of ski lessons, or other reasons that cannot be attributable to the travel agency, the agency will arrange and deal with it according to the official rules of the snow mountain.
Important Booking Information
The minimum number of participants is 6. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the travel itinerary will be cancelled and an email notice of cancellation will be sent one day before the departure date.
In case of typhoon, snowstorm and other bad weather conditions, the group will decide whether to cancel the departure one day before departure (23:59 local time), and will be notified by email at any time.
Passengers suffering from the following diseases or other diseases not suitable for excessive stimulation are not recommended to participate in this program: hypertension, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, cerebral epilepsy, pregnant women
Please be sure to arrive at the designated place 10 minutes ago. In order to avoid delaying the next trip, the bus don’t wait.
If the passenger fails to use ski equipment or participate in ski courses due to late arrival or other personal factors, he / she will not be able to refund or give any additional compensation. Please be informed.
Due to safety factors, local staff may randomly check the identity of passengers. Please fill in the correct passenger information when ordering.
Passengers are not recommended to bring valuables to the snow field. The guide is unable to provide custody services. If they are placed in the car, they will not bear any custody responsibility.
The collection time of the website is for reference only. The actual collection time must be based on the notice of the tour guide the day before departure. Please confirm that the mobile phone number you provided is correct. If you do not receive any notice, please take the initiative to dial the emergency contact number on the voucher to confirm the collection time.
The trip is easily affected by weather, road conditions, traffic control and other special circumstances. The director has the right to adjust, cancel, extend or shorten the trip due to force majeure before and after departure.
The arrival time of the bus may be delayed due to the traffic conditions of the day. If you do not see the bus at the scheduled time, please be sure to dial the emergency contact number on the voucher, and the local travel agency will provide you with the most immediate help.
This trip does not include insurance. As snow is an exciting and dangerous sport, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accidental injury insurance in China before departure. In case of collision or accidental injury with other tourists during skiing, the medical or compensation expenses shall be borne by themselves.
